*Ok so I think I already wrote about this on my other websites or my political party website which I no longer use or have any intent on running a political party no more..

Ok so today I am using my current awareness.. I am more well highly well redefined than I was back then..

Ok so this is how its going to work when I am in power over australia let alone the whole earth.. Because the whole earth is one country..

*Ok so since I am from australia nsw.. I will focus on australia.. Which can be applied to all other nations etc..

*So I have been unemployed my whole life.. I have been on welfare receiving job seeker allowance.. new start job seek allowance etc and disability support pension..
And I am also on the government housing waiting list..
But during that time I haven't got a house and I still live with my parents home..
I can not afford to rent a decent house.. Not even a broken down house..
So I repeat regardless of which welfare payment I Am on.. I can not pay for a rental property or it gets taken by another person.. Or "some" rental properties don't even allow people who's soul income is from welfare payments to rent..

*Anyway my intent is to make australia and the rest of the world.. Homeless free. Housing problem free.. and starvation free..

*I also intent now on creating a Real Christian Nation in every location on earth..
It is called:

Which if you keep reading my websites you will know what its about..
But I am here to talk about the housing problem and the solution.

*Ok so listen up I already wrote something about this on my political website..
But I Am more well highly well redefined today.. And know more..

*So.. I intent on building a brand new city and an amusement park to go along with the city in every state and territory in australia.. let alone the rest of the world..

*So this is how the housing problem will end..
Each male.. at least adult age like 18.. can get a government house..
I mean.. The government will build a brand new city.. in each state and territory..
I think each city will start off with 100 000 thousand houses each.. That is just a random number.. maybe it  could start off with 50 000 houses.. And year by year the government will add more houses to the brand new city..
*So how does the government pay for such a feat?
*Easy.. It is a loan..
So each person getting a government house will apply for a  government loan for the house..
And the citizen will pay off the loan to the government over time..
*So if you are on the government housing list or receiving welfare..
You use like $100 to pay off the government weekly..
*So the government gives the person a house.. and welfare money.. And the person pays back the government $100 per week.. until the house is paid off..
*So the houses will pay off it self over time..

*Also.. I believe each centerlink or welfare recipient will now receive $1000(one thousand) per fortnight to help with paying back the loan..

*So first off.. Crown land is free.. I see it all over.. just bush land or mountains just wilderness..
Don't tell me I Am blind and there is no land to build a city on.. There is plenty of land in australia..

*So the brand new city will probably build its (hu)man made dam for fresh drinking water etc.. and water usage.. And a train line that runs into the city..

*Case example..
So first off in the brand new city.. Land is free..
So you just need to pay off the house..
So if the land is free.. And lets say the house cost $450 000 in total.. to build..
Someone can get that house.. and will start paying off the loan to government from their welfare payment.. Say eg.. $100 per week..

*And.. once you payed back the loan.. You get to fully own the government house.. It is yours..

*Just like in australia.. Governments gives loans are pay students course fees for university and higher education courses.. And when the student starts work.. the worker pays back the government for their student loan through taxes (was it?)..
*But you will say.. that is an investment by the government for the future generation work force..
*But I say.. there shouldn't be a problem if the government built a brand new city and gave out houses.. and let the person pay off the loan over time.. It shouldn't be a problem.. as far as I can tell..

*Question.. If someone is paying off a loan for a house and is living there already.. and they are in NSW.. but want to relocate to another state.. Are they allowed to? and what will happen?
Answer: Yes they can relocate.. They will just give up the current house their in and can relocate to a new house in the other state they want to relocate to.. And any money already paid on the current house can continue to paid with the new house.. they do not have to restart their payment..
So eg.. if someone already paid off 100 thousand dollars on a house and wants to relocate to another state.. and the total house cost is $450 000.. than they just need to pay off the new house with only $350 000 left to go..
And the current house they left behind can be put back on the market for anyone else who wants it..

*Also.. Say you are paying off the loan to the house eg $100 per week..
And you won't be able to pay off the loan before you die.. and lets just for example say you die before you pay off the loan.. Well if that person has a wife or kids .. then the kid's can continue to pay of the house..
If they have no kids.. And no wife.. then the government will own the house and put it back on the market..

*Also if you are paying off the loan and your still young etc. and you just happen to die..
Can a sibling or cousin or close relative have the option to continue paying off the house to the government with intent to fully pay off the loan to own the house some day?
Yes.. Yes they can..

*So what I just said was..
I intent on building a brand new city and a brand new amusement park in each state and territory of australia let alone the whole world.. since I intent on the world being homeless free and starvation free..
And each person who qualifies for a house will need to pay back the loan to the government..

*Since each city will start off with like 100 000 houses or and build more houses year after year..
It will also be accessible to every male who is at least 18 years old..
But not females..
Because I want to give males dignity..
If I give a  female a house and a car.. then she will be stuck up etc..
She won't need males..
So the only way the female can get a house and car "from" the government is if she marries a male..
If the male is young and doesn't own a house..
Once they are married they will be given a house and 2 electric cars..
So I Am giving power and dignity back to the males..
Only males qualify for government housing..

*Also I want to say..
Even if I get like $1000 from the government per fortnight.. That is not enough to pay for rent.. seeing how rental prices are high..
And add in a electric car.. certainly I can't pay for that..
So this is how its going to work..
*The what comes with the house is one electric car..
I may even remove the expenses for a car such as registration and insurance cost.. for welfare recipients since they don't get much money.. I Am not sure at this point..
But what I was going to say was..
You will get a electric car with the government house.. so now your paying off a house and a car..
It will be in one loan..
Plus..
Each house will come with accessories..
It will have couches.. fridge.. washing machine.. dryer.. desktop computer.. smart phone.. tv.. dinner table.. chairs... blender.. lawn mower.. and other things a house usually has..
I will also throw in (ha ha) sporting equipment.. like basket ball hoop.. basket ball.. soccer ball.. foot ball etc.. tennis racquets.. possibly a ping pong table.. ice hockey stick.. ice hockey shoes.. skateboard... roller blades.. bicycle.. golf clubs..  base ball bat.. pucks.. tennis balls.. cricket bat.. climbing wall.. Kick boxing stand all in one.. etc etc etc.. Also solar power panels and solar power batteries etc.. etc etc etc.. Also you will be given a health pack that I designed.. kinda like a first aid kit.. but designed by me.. etc etc etc..
*So the house package will come with all that..
So now the example looks like..
The land is free..
And the total for the house and accessories comes at $500 000 (five hundred thousand dollars)..
It the person paying off the loan to the government will pay off that single loan..

*So if your poor.. and receiving welfare.. as your only income..
You can pay back the government $100 per week.. Till you pay it off.. And if you happen to die.. Someone close to you can continue to pay off the loan till its payed off and now you own the house and electric cars..
People who already work... who "don't" have houses can also apply..

*Also if you are paying off a mortgage..
The government can pay off the rest of the mortgage for you and you than will now be paying off the loan from the government in a single loan repayment plan etc..

*So I also intent on building a brand new amusement park to go along with each city... A amusement park.. A theme park.. And the theme is

Also the amusement park in each brand new city will be called
+++ I Pray In The Name Of Jesus Christ For An Amusement Park +++
So thats the name of the amusement park..
It will be a real christian amusement park..
*The amusement park will cost money to enter..
So the amusement park will bring in future long term income for the government..

*So I intent on building a brand new city and amusement park to go along with the city in every state and territory in australia let alone the world..
The houses will be paid off to the government through a loan plan..
And the amusement park will also bring in long term income for the government..


*So with investing in a brand new city and amusement park..
It will make australia homeless free..
And I also intent on implementing the new system in every country on earth.. etc...
It won't cost the government noting since it will eventually be paid off on a loan plan..

*(2022 August 7) I also want to add.. That so.. I live in australia nsw.. so I know its welfare system well.. So some people are getting youth allowance.. job seeker.. or new start and some are getting disability support pension amongst other payments etc..
So I did say I intented in increasing the payment to $1000 for each person a fortnight..
But Idk if australia can support this so.. whatever payment someone is receiving from the government say EG. $500.. they will be given a extra $100 a week.. to pay back to the government weekly..
So in that example instead of just $500 now that person will get $700.. That extra $200 will be paid back to the government for the house and so on loan..
So you will pay back the government $100 per week.. Or the government will automatically deduct $100 a week from your welfare automatically..
*So if eg someone gets $500 a fortnight.. And they have to pay back the government $100 a week.. for the house loan etc.. They will be given an extra $200.. now totalling $700..
So thats how it will work for example etc..
So they will then have $500 to spend on food and other necessities for the 2 weeks etc.. And use the $200 to pay the government $100 a week for that fortnight.. Or it will be automatically deducted by the government from their welfare.. etc..
But I have to say the welfare amount people get in australia is bad.. You can't afford anything with it.. its very difficult to live off.. But its better than most countries welfare system.. But australia's welfare system.. is still bad.. Even people who get close to $1000 a fortnight can't afford to rent.. "etc".. can't afford to rent or pay for a car as well.. I guess being poor is bad..
*So if I can increase the money to $1000 for each person on welfare.. than I will... if I can't.. then I can't..
But Each male etc will be given a house and electric car when at least they turn eg 18...
And be given an extra $200 a fortnight to pay $100 a week for the fortnight on top of what they are already getting from the government welfare system..
But I would say standard would be $500 a fortnight.. which is nothing.. you can't really even live off $500 a fortnight.. But I will do what I can about this problem of people not getting enough whilst on welfare etc...
*So I just came back to say.. each person who qualifies for a house loan from the government will be given at least an extra $200 a fortnight on top of what they are already receiving from welfare to help pay the $100 a week payment..
*But none the less.. Since the house loan will eventually be able to be paid off over time..
I can also reduced the payment of $100 a week to $50 a week.. Because people on welfare need to buy food and other necissities..
*So point is.. the government house loan will eventually be paid off over the life time of the individual..
*And I will either increase the welfare money for each person too $1000 a fortnight..
If I can't increase it to $1000 each person than it will be $500 each person..
If I can't increase it to $1000 a fortnight.. then they will get an extra $200 on top of what they are already receiving to pay off the $100 per week house loan..
Or instead of paying $100 per week.. they can instead just pay $50 a week to the house loan off etc..
This is because even $1000 a fortnight can't get you a rental house and car expenses.. and food and necessaries..
So what I said there in this whole paragraph is what I Am thinking about doing with the welfare system...
*Can anyone refute what I say?
*Let me say it one more time..
I intent on giving each qualified person a house and electric car and necessaries to go with the house and it will be one loan from the government they will have to pay off..
I intent on increasing the welfare payment to $1000 each person..
If I can not increase the welfare amount to $1000 each person.. it will be increased to $500 each person or lower etc..
If I can't increase it to $1000 each person.. Then each person receiving eg $500 a fortnight will get a extra $200 a fortnight to pay $100 a week off the house loan you owe the government which you or the government will automatically deduct $200 a fortnight from..
And if its really bad.. Instead of paying $100 a week.. You can instead pay off $50 a week.. for those who just can't afford to pay off $100 a week off the house loan from the government.. :) +++ (2022 August 7)

*(2022 August 7) Also.. those who do not own a house.. can also purchase a house on the public market and pay off the government after..
So houses for sale on the public market.. Anyone who does not own a house can get the government to purchase it for you and you just pay back the government $50 to $100 per week till you pay off the loan and then the house is yours..
Also those people who own a old house like that has one toilet..
Can decide to knock take down and rebuild a brand new house..
Old houses with one toilet is illegal ha ha..
A house should have like 3 to 4 bathrooms..
So if you have a old house with one toilet.. You can use government money to knock down and rebuild a new house.. and pay off the government $50 to $100 per week afterwards till you pay it off and you own it etc..
So you can purchase houses already on the public market.. and just pay the loan off to the government..
Or you can knock down your existing house and rebuild a new house etc and repay back the government etc...
This is only for those who don't own a house etc.. Accept those knocking down their old house to build a brand new house etc..
*So Males can get the government to purchase a house for them in the brand new city or a house thats already on the existing market etc.. And that Male will pay the government $50 to $100 a week till its paid back to the government etc..(2022 August 7)

Also those who earn more income like those who work.. Can pay back a higher amount than $100 at their decision etc..
But I Am focusing on those who's sole income is from welfare.. Poor people.. Who will find it difficult to repay back the loan on a higher amount at the same time needing to buy food and other necessities..
*Also... If someone is unable to repay back the government or mis a repayment can not get kicked out of the house.. So I say again.. If someone can not repay the government on the set dates.. which is weekly or fortnightly they will not get kicked out of the house.. They will just find a way to pay the next time when payment is due.. Since the repayment plan is long term.. You can mis a repayment date and don't have to repay the one you missed.. Because at or in the end you will have to pay off the total of the house and accessories anyway..
This is why for those on welfare.. The government might have to automatically deduct a fortnightly amount to repay the on going loan back.. so the recipient never misses a repayment point etc..
So if someone on welfare gets $700(includes the added rental/ loan help amount already added).. The government will just deduct $200 a fortnight ongoing so the recipient never misses a house loan repayment etc.. And then the recipient has $500 to spend for the fortnight for food and other expenses etc.. Which I say again $500 is not enough to live off.. But what can I do.. Nothing.. (2022 August 7)

Question: How is the Australian government going to pay for the brand new city?
Answer: Does it look like I work in government and I know how much resources australia has and doesn't have.. I don't know..
But I am heading in that direction..
If australia has the resources it will take it and first off build a brand new city in NSW since I Am from NSW.. Also add in an amusement park .. sure why not..
I also already wrote on my websites.. Instead of a proper brick house.. Beggers can't be choosers.. Meaning you get what we give you..
So if we can't build brick houses or cement houses etc..
You will be given a cabin.. or worst a modified shipping container house.. at the worst you will get a tent.. But our ancestors lived in tents and some people still live in tents today..

So if its really bad and the australia government does not have the resources to even build one city..
Then we will down grade to shipping container houses or at the worst tents..

So I say again.. I have been unemployed my whole life and still live with my parents.. If the government will give me a fenced off plot of land and access to bathroom and laundry dwellings.. I will Gladly agree..

Because I believe Jesus Christ Is God.. The Healer Of The World.. So why do I need hospitals..
And its 100% I am going to defund the mental health industry..
And If hospitals and Gp's and pharmacies are still in operation when I Am in power.. I will defund or remove bulk billing.. so if you love your health system so much .. now you will have to pay full price for the service..
I also intent on defunding the workers who work on the government welfare system.. And intent to make a automatic website that users use and the payments will be given automatically after following a logical application form for the payment their applying for.. People might say there is going to be fraud? But I say.. theres already fraud today.. so fraud won't change..
And I will keep enough human workers to operate the website for things you can't do by a programmed website..
So I intent on getting rid of a lot of government workers in the government.. Ha ha..
One of my biggest enemies is the health system.. I intent on defunding it..

No.. God picked me to do this.. So stand aside...
And at least australia will be homeless and starvation free..
I would rather have a decent house and food and car and christian entertainment and a poor school and poor health system..
Then have access to a good school and good health system but poor housing and food..

(2022 August 10) How is the government going to pay for the brand new city at least one to beging with? Well I said I don't know.. But I see when there is a disaster or problem.. The government gets money from somewhere and gives it out to the people through the welfare system.. Like the current flood situation where the government gives out money to help those impacted by the flood..
So where did the government get the flood money from? I don't know..
So point is.. if the government can just pull money out of think air.. or debt.. Then so can I.. And I will use it to build a brand new city in NSW to beging with.. So if the government can pull money from somewhere.. Then when I Am in power over australia.. I will also too pull money from somewhere to build this brand new city..
And I Am getting rid of alot of government workers and government organisations.. because I don't think I need it when I Am in power..
I Am 100% going to defund the mental health industry and make it illegal to practice.. because I Am 100% anti mental health..
I heard maybe australia has 2 disability payments.. What!? 2!? So I will get rid of one..
I will also get rid of consultants and advisors.. They ruined the system.. The current old system is a mess.. And I Am here to clean up the mess and create the new system..
So I will be getting rid of a lot of government jobs.. that I think is not needed..
And be focusing on building houses and farms..

Ok So..
Well logically I have no answer for this.. But if we talk about australia..
Australia is a GOoD country.. well its not so GOoD since there is so many fake christians and lukewarm christians.. And lukewarm christians go to hell torture forever..
Anyway..
Logically I want to build more farms..
So I will build more farms to go along with the bran new city.. To feed the people..
I don't know how I Am going to do this.. But I am heading in the direction of building more farms..


*Also I want to say that because I live in australia.. And been receiving welfare income my whole life..
Australia just like the rest of the world as far as I checked.. as a poor welfare system..
But At least australia helps those who don't have a job with their welfare payment options..
So I have been unemployed my whole life.. and been receiving welfare my whole life..
So thats the onyl GOoD thing about australia..
But what I hate is the governments are lacking greatly on housing and spend their money else where on the country..
Point is.. read abit about other countries welfare system..
And its confusing to me about what they are saying.. Do some countries like the usa.. leave you hanging to dry and pay you nothing after a certain amount of time on welfare.. Or do they get given food tokens etc..
Anyway I think the UK has a similar welfare system to australia.. So this new housing plan can be applied in the uk..
So if each country has a welfare plan for those who don't work..

*Also.. Ultilising ocean water..
I read you can desalination ocean water into drinking water but it takes too much effort and time and resources to do..
And I also read you can not use ocean water on the soil of plants cause it will eg kill the plant etc..
So I Am just wondering about using ocean water some way or some how etc..

*So each house I expect to be a 2 story house.. with like 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms etc..
The whole outside of the house will be cement... Because I don't like to mow the grass..
There will certainly by dirt areas to grow fruit trees..
And a well or water tanks on the property..
*I also want to build more fish and crab farms.. in land.. or however its farmed.. Which I don't know. But I am heading in that direction for sea food..

*So I intent on building a brand new city and an amusement park to go along with the brand new city in each state and territory in australia and let a lone the rest of the world..
